I am fortunate to have the CHOICE to embrace all of them, am I right? 🙂 It’s an ongoing challenge… but I really find the older I get the easier it becomes. I’m not sure if that is just being tired (ha!) or wiser (really?) or just plain realizing I am worthy of it (yup). I still fumble- don’t get me wrong!! But I am more successful at realizing what’s important for me and my life experience, and then taking bold steps to make it happen.
