Hey dear friends, guess what? Adrienne over at TheMommyMess has invited me over to her place today! If you haven’t met her yet, take a look around her site. She is a wonderful mom who tells it like it is. I love that she is real. I love that she is honest. And because she is all that and more, I decided to share about a very real and honest issue in parenting… Words and Looks.
Thanks so much!
Chris

Heading on over…
Thanks Jennifer!!! Anxious to see if you have these struggles too…
That was such a fantastic post, Chris. Really “real”, meaningful, thought provoking…and helpful. You rock (as always) –Lisa
Oh Lisa, what an encouraging thing to say. Your comment means the WORLD to me!!! So grateful for your support, sweet friend!!
Honored to have you over!!
Thanks Adrienne!! I love that I can be honest and real at your place. 🙂
Chris, I truly can’t even see you saying the things that slip from my mouth to your kids. If it happens, I’m sure it’s few-and-far-between. You are an encourager by nature and, from what I see of your children, you’ve encouraged them FAR more than you’ve discouraged them. I feel very convicted about the words and “looks” I throw at my kids. Imperfect progress…..
Oh Tammy…thank you so so much for your kind and loving words!!! Means the world to me. IMperfect progress, Sweets. I am right there with ya!! 🙂 XOXO (and a Chrissy hug to you! lol)
I loved this post! And yes, I also have these troubles!!!
Oh Alexa…SO grateful for your comments and support!!! Thank you my dear new friend! 🙂
