What does a devoted Christian woman look like?

I have been blessed to learn the answer to this question through each devoted Christian woman God has placed in my life. There have been many. I know this is rare because I hear of so many women who struggle to find trusted friends, let alone women of faith who are loving, inspiring, gracious, brave, and honest.

For decades, God has introduced me to such strong women who reflect Christ in the most marvelous ways. Every single devoted Christian woman in my life has had a lasting impact on my heart because each one is a true example of what it means to live as Christ.  Through the years, I’ve grown in my own faith because of so many friends who have had a powerful influence on my own relationship with God. When we watch others live their lives- both the messy and tragic lows and the miraculous and victorious highs,  with bold, relentless, and immovable faith, it inspires us to do the same.

I took some time to identify ten extraordinary traits of a devoted Christian woman as I reflected on all the beautiful souls I have been blessed to know. These women have inspired strength, hope, and a deeper understanding of Christ in me. They have demonstrated how to live a Godly life that is both fulfilling and downright sacrificial too. A devoted Christian woman is the greatest friend you could have because she understands the power of grace and unconditional love- and pours it all over you at every turn on what can be a very tumultuous road.

We all know how life goes- it’s full of great things and really awful things too. My Christian friends have helped lay the foundation of my faith and more importantly, they have taught me how to cultivate the abundance of crops that continue to grow in my walk with the Lord.
